CMF Associates was founded on the premise that middle-market businesses are more complex and move faster in our interconnected world – and they often overlook critical finance and operational needs as a result. Since our inception in August 2001, CMF’s solutions have helped companies adjust to that reality. Our company name originates from this foundation. CMF stands for Center Mid-Field, the position in soccer responsible for organizing plays and creating scoring opportunities. In our unique “mid-field” position, we provide clients with the advice, guidance, and strategic planning they need to “score” in complex, ever-changing business environments, particularly in the middle market.
